We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers (such as Firebase and OpenAI) who help us operate and improve the App under strict confidentiality obligations.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Gloss uses artificial intelligence to apply nail designs to uploaded images. These photos are securely transmitted to AI providers such as OpenAI through API requests. We do not use them for training or resale. Resulting images are stored in your account for future access unless deleted.

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Services or as legally required. You may delete your content or request deletion of your account at any time.
6. Data Security
We take security seriously and use industry-standard tools, including Firebase Security Rules and encrypted transmission. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute safety.
7. Children’s Privacy
Gloss is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes we’ve collected information from a child in violation of COPPA, please contact us at admin@newodevs.com.
